Google Analytics is a great tool for any website or app owner to know the trends of visitors and their web usage behavior. To make it more simple Google Analytics also has an Android smartphone app which recently got more graphical and informative update.
But many are facing login issues with the updated app saying “No account access, switch user”. It is quite irritating and annoying misbehavior by the app. Here I have come up with some fix.
How to Fix ‘No Account Access’ error Analytics App?
Make sure you reboot once or re-install the app and check for app function before proceeding forward.
1. Use Only One Account
A user who has multiple Google Accounts on their smartphone are facing this issue in common. Just remove all other account access from your smartphone. Reboot the smartphone and open analytics app with the required Google account. If the problem is solved you can again add all other accounts to your device.
2. Clear Data and Cache
There is a potential solution to fix the problem. Just go to setting your Android device look for option apps/manage apps. Open Google analytics app and clear data & cache. The problem will be solved.
3. Clearing the Google Services Framework cache
Google Services Framework syncs your data and stores device data. It also helps in proper functioning of Google apps.
- Go to Settings > Application Manager > All > Google Services Framework > Tap on “Force stop” & tap then tap on “Clear cache” button.
- Reboot your device.
These problems may be temporary as Google may fix the bug with an update. I hope the post was helpful. Do comment below for any suggestions and assistance.
